Stream terms and conditions

Welcome to our live stream event! By submitting your 3D model and participating in this event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Submission of 3D Models

1.1. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to submit a 3D model. 1.2. Ownership: By submitting a 3D model, you affirm that you are the original creator of the model or have all necessary rights and permissions from the creator to submit it.

2. Rights to Use 3D Models

2.1. Unrestricted Rights: By submitting your 3D model, you grant us an irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the model in connection with our live stream event and any future marketing, promotion, and other purposes. 2.2. Attribution: We are not obligated to give credit to the creator of the model but may choose to do so at our discretion.

3. Sensitive Information

3.1. Public Display: You acknowledge that the 3D models submitted will be publicly displayed during the live stream. Do not submit any models that contain sensitive, confidential, or personal information. 3.2. No Liability: We are not liable for any exposure of sensitive, confidential, or personal information included in the 3D models submitted. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your submission does not contain any such information.

4. Content Restrictions

4.1. Prohibited Content: Do not submit models that:

Fall under ITAR, EAR or other regulations that restrict public display and/or distribution of the part model and any information pertaining to it.
Any material that infringes on the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights.
Any material that violates any applicable law or regulation.

5. Indemnity

5.1. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The CAM Factory and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your submission, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

6. General

6.1. Modification of Terms: We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued participation in the live stream following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes. 6.2. Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Oregon.
