Credit hours can be purchased on the home page in blocks of 10 to 50 hours with price breaks for each tier. Programs are delivered on a regular work schedule, Monday through Friday.
The CAM Factory user dashboards are managed on Trello.com. Shortly after purchasing hours or a subscription, you will receive an email with a link to your dashboard. If you do not already have a Trello account, you will be prompted to create one. A free plan will give you access to your dashboard within The CAM Factory workspace. No need to sign up for a paid plan.
Once you have created your Trello account, your dashboard will become available to you. Continue reading to learn how to manage your requests.
You will automatically receive an email notification when we complete each job. Setup sheets will be attached to your programming request in your user dashboard. Your CAM files will be saved to a folder within the Fusion project.
