One great thing about Fusion is that it is cloud-based. This means all you have to do is add us to your Fusion team and grant the correct permissions and we will have access to your tool libraries and fixture components. We provide step-by-step instructions to help you get this set up. In the event a tool needs to be added to your library, we use our best judgment to select a tool from www.mscdirect.com.
Unfortunately, we currently only support customers using Autodesk Fusion. This helps us streamline our processes and provide the best possible service to our clients.

We do not provide a complete tool list because this is already accessible in Fusion and many customers prefer to renumber tools to match their own system.
As per our terms of service, we do not post code. We believe the most effective way to provide remote programming services is not to try to be an end-to-end service provider, but instead, focus on toolpaths, setups and clean documentation.
You will have direct access to the CAM file in Fusion, and you are able to run the programs through your post processors. This prevents any potential issues with machine-specific code and ensures that you maintain full control over your process.
We will program any 3- to 5-axis CNC mill. Routers may be supported if there is enough documentation and digital assets for us to develop strategies with a high level of confidence. If you have questions about a specific machine, please contact us with the details.
We do not program lathes or other types of CNC machines at this time.
Our standard turnaround time is 5-business days. You have the ability to choose shorter timelines for an expedite rate at the time of submission.
Our actual open capacity is built into our scheduling tool, so you can submit requests with confidence that your project fits into our schedule.
No, we currently do not handle ITAR or any other export-controlled parts at this time.
